Emotional Counseling

We provide counseling for Depression, Anxiety, Panic, PTSD, Trauma and many more emotions that get in the way of you being the best version of you, you can be. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.

Christian Counseling

Many of our clients come to us because they prefer Christian Counseling. We offer Biblical principles and teachings that help in the growth and development of our client's walk in life. We are all going through something and sharing it with someone that has the same values as you might help. "Therefore, there is now No condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Romans 8:1. We are the hands and feet of Jesus and approach in Love. "I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding." Philippians 1:9.

Behavioral Counseling

We provide counseling for behavioral issues such as ADD/ADHD, anger outbursts, throwing fits and not adjusting well either at school or at home. We also help with families who have a family member who is on the Autism Spectrum. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.

Coping Skills

We provide counseling for those who need to talk and develop positive coping skills. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.

Parenting Skills

We provide and help lead parents that need help with parenting skills and guidance. We also provide classes to local schools and churches to help with this as well. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.

Trainings/Speaking events

CE Units

We are fully accredited by the Oklahoma Board of Licensure. We provide several classes from Ethics to Supervision to Cultural awareness in counseling. See homepage for full list of classes. Each class takes place in the cityplex towers (81st and Lewis), in a professional setting. Lunch is not provided but there are breaks and an hour lunch break. Autism Counseling/Therapy

We provide counseling for Autism Spectrum Diagnoses. Mr. Kap has done extensive training in the field and can help.  Our office space also offers a sensory room to help with therapy/services.
