Our Services
We are beautifully diverse. We provide services to those from a diverse backgrounds and culture. We have providers that speak many languages including, Burmese, Spanish, Falam, Zopau, and English. We are here to help!
Emotional Counseling
We provide counseling for Depression, Anxiety, Panic, PTSD, Trauma and many more emotions that get in the way of you being the best version of you, you can be. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.
Behavioral Counseling
We provide counseling for behavioral issues such as ADD/ADHD, anger outbursts, throwing fits and not adjusting well either at school or at home. We also help with families who have a family member who is on the Autism Spectrum. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.
Coping Skills
We provide counseling for those who need to talk and develop positive coping skills. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.
Parenting Skills
We provide and help lead parents that need help with parenting skills and guidance. We also provide classes to local schools and churches to help with this as well. We provide several opportunities to help you get the help you need by school services, individual services, group services, family services, office services and telehealth services.
Trainings/Speaking events

CE Units
We are fully accredited by the Oklahoma Board of Licensure. We provide several classes from Ethics to Supervision to Cultural awareness in counseling. See homepage for full list of classes. Each class takes place in the cityplex towers (81st and Lewis), in a professional setting. Lunch is not provided but there are breaks and an hour lunch break. Any questions or want to register? Substance Abuse/Drug Court
The Substance Abuse Program Leadership team has been working hard to provide counseling to those of a diverse background and those who do not speak English. Our groups will be provided in Burmese, Zopau, Spanish and English but will also include Cultural awareness in where diverse individuals can be themselves and do not feel the need to conform into the societal norms.
